This is a very common question that we get and it’s not quite that simple. We have a free online estimator linked down below to give a very rough price but it cannot take into consideration all of the variables that come into play like:

How easy is it to access the property and how much room is there for us to work?
What kind of roofing material is currently on your roof?
Is the roof framing in good condition and no soft or spongy spots that may indicate rotten wood?
What kind of edge protection / scaffold is needed?
What is the new roofing material going to be?

You will get a text message sent through the night before your appointment and another one when one of our friendly team are 30 minutes away.
Its not essential that someone is home for the appointment as we send a drone up to get pictures and videos of the roof.
